After I start the engine and the car is running, the instrument cluster lights and radio channel lights do not come on, day or night. Have tried turning on the headlight switch to see if the instrument lights would come on, no joy. Would this be a problem with the Lighting Control Module or twilight control system? If so, where are they located and where can I get new parts?

Ive had this happen to me before. For me, it was as simple as changing a blown fuse. So that could possibly be your problem as well. Check fuse 9C, then if its not that one check 5A.
