i think i need a new dash cluster cause the only to gauge's work . are the rpm gauge , and the mph gauge thats it. if i do need a new cluster wat years fit my car? or how to fix this problem!

92 and 93 are the only years you'll want. You can try removing the gauge cluster and cleaning/reseating the connectors. There's a good chance there are broken circuits inside the cluster and it's dead. Happened to me.

If there's corrosion, I'd try baking soda in water and a toothbrush.

I also have a 93 ssei and am having dash problems as well.
My gages are pegging high and sometimes low. So, keep me posted on what happens for you and what was your fix.

My 95 had the same problem. I had gone through the fuses and found that they all had corrosion on them and in the connectors. I cleaned all the fuses and connectors the best I could and the cluster worked for a couple of days and then stopped again. That gave me the idea that I probably had the same problem with all my electrical connections. Sure enough, I took the cluster apart and cleaned the connectors (which had corrosion on them) and they have worked like a dream since!

I'd go there first...happy cleaning! :wink:
