Okay sooooooo

When the vehicles off and i remove my key and open the drivers door it dings at me like i have left my key in the ignition. If i close the drivers door it goes away. Only does so when the drivers door is open.

Then last night I'm driving home and the twilight sentinel thinks its daytime out and has the HUD Radio and Climate Control Center back lights cranked super high but with no gauge cluster backlighting and no fogs (so the vehicle thinks its daytime at 1 in the morning.... great)

TBH i dont know where to begin.
Ive never encountered any issues like this in my 18 years of life.
Maybe a bad ground or fuse possibly?
Is there a fuse i can check for that module on the front dash that tell the vehicle what the light is like outside?

I would appreciate a point in the right direction guys.

I don't know if this will help much, but definitely check the grounds, last fall I had major electrical failures in my 02 LeSabre (the PK3 system failure was the final straw) and it was determined to be bad grounds for 2 of the X amount of computers the car has. You will be surprised on what little thing can cause a big problem..

See yesterday i re-tinted my tails (pulled the crappy film off and went to Nite Shades)
And i thought i had buggered up a ground. I have been going over tail end electrical (including my recent sub and amp install) and i cant see anything that's out of place or screwed. I know my one bulb needs to be replaced (3rd brake) but i was having issues getting it out because of the sub box. I could have messed up that ground but i cant tell for sure. And i don't even know IF that could be causing my issues.. This makes me wanna upgrade to ISIS..
