98' Pontiac bonneville. Has anyone ever wrapped a cracked dashboard or have any inexpensive ways to fix the cracks?

Search for my K2500 thread, I did exactly that on my old truck.

You need to use something that has some stretch to it to wrap it, and potentially have a way of sewing and stitching pieces together.

The best way to fix a crack is to dremel it out, and fill it in with something elastic; I chose polyurethane roofing adhesive. Take the time to smooth it out when it's still 'wet' so you don't need to try to sand it down or anything. As long as you're covering the dash with some sort of fabric, you don't need to worry about color matching it.

You will want to scotch guard or otherwise protect the newly covered dash from UV and water to protect the color.
