Hi everyone! sorry for the early post.


So, i have a free day tomorrow or tonight. i have always liked the look of cleared headlights on the bonneville, and my tails are already cleared since its an 05 SLE, so i just needed to do the headlights. thats what i figured i would do!

I was only wondering which bulb to use? like, should it be amber colored or is the filament designed to light up amber? I dont know whats in there right now, but i would imagine it is just a regular white bulb with an amber reflector over it. i am in the city over night, and was gonna pick up a bulb before i went home, plus a shifter indicator console light (thanks andrew for the help!!) but wasnt sure of which bulb is the right one for the headlight turn signals after i clear them.

ur gonna wanna get the amber light bulb. At least that's what I had to do on the 92-99 cars after I installed clear corners,

And that's not even counting the piles and piles of ebay stuff, assuming you even want to keep it with the amber. If you change color however, you need to make sure you brush up on your laws for your state.
