Hello everyone! I just bought an 1999 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8 V6 (or better traded for my broken Eclipse) and I was wondering if anyone here has an idea. I am looking for a center console preferably beige in color. Problem here now is that the car has a split bench (front) with an arm rest I can flip down, means no space between the seats for a console. Not bucket seats. Did they make a console for that kinda car? Since most of the time my dog comes along in the car I need a "barrier" so he can't walk over to the drivers side. Besides that I am not used myself to have that much space and would love to have a console there. Now here is the deal. The car has a Steering Wheel Automatic Transmission which means I don't need the console with the gear part. So basically just the floor mounted part I believe which connects the dashboard with the front seats? And as of now I can't find the one I need. I don't plan to get rid of the bench and put bucket seats in which I do believe after a bit research I would have to do. Any other idea? Just wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right direction. Thank you!
