are there any sort of non-tacky halo ring light kits for a 94' Bonne SE, or are they more "do it yourself" oriented?

Absolutely a do it yourself.

You also have fluted lenses which cause it to not look as clean.

2003 SSEi did this to his 1993 SLE back in the day, hopefully he stops by here with pics.
