So I know I could just frost my headlights but honestly, I don't want that little. Anyone know where I can get some halo headlights for my car? 02 Bonneville.

No one makes them. You'd either have to make them yourself or pay someone dearly to make them one-off. There are no "custom" off-the-shelf headlights for these cars like there are for other cars, like the Grand Prix, trucks, etc. There are only stock replacements available.

Like I said, it's going to be custom. You're going to have to do it, there is no "kit" to make it work, you'll have to make it fit.

There are lots of LED light, or Angel eye kits on Ebay. Quality can be hit or miss.

Frankly, Angel Eyes belong on a BMW... I thought this long before I bought mine, and hence why I never fired mine up on the bonneville fog lights! And 90% of the custom stuff people do with LEDs in headlights and such is quite tacky. Be careful and smart and you can pull it off.
