Is there any way to repair a cracked dash or does it just need to be replaced?

Depends on how cracked....and where.

Mine cracked due to the Florida sun damaging it from Day 1. It's not an easy color to find (Medium Gray) around here, so I threw a Dashmat I found at the local junkyard on it. I didn't like how it sat, so I popped off the defroster vent/HUD trim, cut the dashmat to fit inside the area where the trim goes, then put the trim back over the carpet.

I would say the cracks are minor. There are two small chips on the edge of the dash over the gauge cluster. I considered possibly using fiberglass filler to fix it but it would be difficult to find paint to match
