20024 GXP - i intermittently hear a sort of clicking/grumbling noise coming from the front passenger side. It is there at idle and when driving, but not all the time. I tried adjusting the thermostat thinking that it was the acuatator, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Any ideas?

Sound is coming from the cabin or suspension?

If in the cabin, did you try adjusting ALL of the actuators? Left temp, right temp, mode and recirc door?

Sound is definitely coming from inside the cab. I already tried all the adjustments to the AC/heater. It only happens intermittently regardless of whether or not the ac is on or off.

Remove the 3-7mm screws for the glovebox liner and you'll have full access to the passenger airmix actuator. You'll be able to see visually if its clicking.

Actuator is not the issue. Sound is now happening when I turn the steering wheel to the left. Any ideas?

Does it still sound like coming from in the cabin? If so, and you can replicate it by turning the wheel, you should be able to pinpoint it pretty easily. Am I missing something?
