I personally have never seen those before, that price is a little wild.

No info on what "FE" they are either it seems.

Looks like they are actually for Cadillacs with the active electronic suspension but cross reference for the Bonneville too as they physically bolt up the same. We never got the active suspension so we do not need the conversion kit from active to passive struts and shocks.

I was a little surprised to see the references to the active suspension since as you say, our vehicles never had that. I was going to call them and ask a little more because I wondered if an entire system option was available as an addition. I'm not as concerned about cost as much as originality but the reality is suspension parts for these is limited. My car is okay right now but I'm always looking for options. My car was appraised back in May and given what it came back at, I'm not too concerned about putting a little more money into it. I am worried about anything that will dramatically change the ride or handling.

I even tried to make contact with de Carbon and see who their distributors/retailers are and whether they have a product but I never received any response to my communications.
