I'm not particularly familiar with Bonneville but I know on the Cadillacs the whole engine has to be pulled out of the car.

And then not only will oil pan be leaking. It's usually the midcase seal leaking as well.

Personally, if it's not gushing or something you can just live with, I would just leave it alone.
