guy i know is selling 2 12 boss subs in a box with a 2500w boss amp... i offered 100 cash and will go get... he lives 30 miles away but im not high on boss myself.. i figure maybe i can make a little money if i dont like the sound... he wanted 150 but i told him i cant.. no response yet lol

Personally, even if you get them for 100 bucks, if you end up disliking them and want to sell them you'll probably have trouble even breaking even.

I'd look elsewhere.

Boss is ok. They will do the job. Where they fail at is the subs will blow if u run them @ rms. If a boss Sub says 500 watts RMS.... run them no higher than 350 watts RMS

Boss AMPs are terrible. You can get away with cheap subs if u keep the power low and clean. But Boss amps are crap. Open up a AMP but a mid-range AMP like AudioPipe or Hifonics.. then open up a BOSS amp and you will see how terrible BOSS amps are with the Cheap small Components on the board and bad soldering.

I would save a little more and get real AMP.... I run AudioPipe amps Powerful and not that expensive.

nah i didnt buy them. i had comp vr 12s in a kicker ported box and realized i rly like the ported sound better than sealed.. my 6x9s give me enuff bass anyways, only place i really listen to music loud is the gym
