My passenger side door speaker isnt working do i have to take apart the whole door to pull that speak out

Yes. You have to remove the door panel to remove the speaker.

It may not be the speaker. It is possible that one channel went our in your radio. But if you hear something out of the tweeter in the door and not the larger speaker, then the speaker is bad. If yo hear nothing out of either then it could be the radio or wiring.

Door cladding is not that hard to pull off though. Make sure you distribute the pressure (i.e. use a wide, flat object) when you are prying it off. I don't think there are any bolt or screw fasteners - they are all clips that make an awful "plastic snapping" noise to make you think you've broken something. You haven't. Just go slow and pry open the driver handle when you get to that point.

Oriley Auto parts had the clips instock as a kit. couple longer ones couple shorter ones. yes you need to take the pannels off. the speaker IIRC is connected to the pannel.
