Can you put in a different radio because my cd changer is in the trunk and it wont work because the fuse is blown... So i was wondering if you could put a new radio plate in or is the whole radio apart of the computer?

The radio is a self-contained unit and easily swappable. It took me about three minutes to pull the standard AM/FM/Cassette unit out of my '95 Bonneville and replace it with one that has a graphic EQ ($15 junk yard find). To swap in another OEM radio, all you have to do is carefully pull the lower dash fascia off, remove the three screws that hold the radio in place, disconnect the wiring harness and antenna lead from the back, and then reverse the operation to put the new radio in. An aftermarket radio will be only slightly more complex to install. If you put in an OEM radio that has the circuitry to control the CD changer, the CD changer will work, assuming you also replace the blown fuse.

If by "radio plate" you are referring to the front face of the radio, which has the controls and digital display, that is an integral part of the radio. The only way to replace it is to completely disassemble the radio.
