What harness/adapter did you use to install it?

Ok, you have to run a remote turn on wire to the bose amp, run your amp turn on wire from your harness and you splice it into a pink wire going into the amp. The bose amp is located in the front of the trunk behind the plastic cover on the drivers side.

the gmos-9 adapter allows you to keep your door chimes, with the cheap adapter you wont have them.

the remote wire and amp turn on wire are just terms for the same thing. on the back of your cd player there should be a wire you didn't use that is blue with a white stripe. this is the remote wire what it does is it sends a signal for amplifiers to tell them to turn on. with the se bonneville you didn't have an amp but with the ssei it has a bose amp and since you are changing the radio you have to tell the amplifier to turn on. I will get a picture of the wire you have to splice into later after I finish my coffee :goodmorning:

If you want them you have to buy the adapter for them, what is the brand of your headunit?
