my car is keeping this code constantly now

my questions are

does this code cause runing issues I.E limp mode or default mode?

and how do i fix it?

the code description that i got says "fuel Tank pressure sensor low voltage"

The most likely causes are a bad fuel pressure sensor, and the associated wiring and connections. I believe that you can see and access the sensor by removing the cover in the trunk.
