When I give full throttle on the pedal I'm only getting a max of around 40% as shown by my scanner. I didn't have a scanner at the time, but I do believe I was getting full throttle just a couple weeks ago before having my engine gaskets done, no way of verifying though and the vehicle is very new to me so dont have much of a feel for it yet. But I know I can't even barely get my tires to chirp now with traction control off full throttle from a dead stop. I used to be able to screech into second gear the first couple times I pushed it before having any work done. I'm including some images of my Throttle Position, MAP, Boost, RPM, and MAF scan results from my last drive in case anyone could let me know if anything about the numbers looks off (other than the fact my throttle tops out at 40% lol). The engine seems to run fine and everything operates as if it is truly receiving 40%, highest ive seem RPMs get in this state is about 4000. I'm thinking bad TPS or pedal sensor maybe?

One thing to note is that the MAP readings in my chart are actually kPa values not PSI, I'm not sure why the graph is incorrectly labeled.

If there was recent work done, I'd physically check the throttle body and cable for issues. Can you open the TB all the way by hand? If it only shows 40% when you have it all the way open, replace the TPS.

I went ahead and replaced the TPS to eliminate it being an issue. It didn’t solve anything. I’m not too well versed with cable throttle systems but everything looks to be operating correctly. A full pedal push is moving the cable until it hits the bracket and stops. also moving the cable all the way by hand receives the same throttle results. I’m attaching a link showing me moving the cable by hand and a close up of the cable assembly, as well as the live throttle percentage. If you could let me know if the assembly looks put together correctly or if anything else stands out it would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't look like you're making it to the stop on the linkage. It's hard to tell in your video what is holding it back. Have you taken off the intake ducting to physically look at the throttle plate?

Here is a video I made showing how much rotation there should be.

Thank you so much for the video. Made me realize it was completely missing a bolt (the one right under the cables exit point) so it was sagging down towards the air filter and causing an obstruction. Loosened the bolt attached to the other side and lined it up correctly and tightened down snug. Now need to get e replacement bolt for the other hole although this should hold for a while how it is. Do you happen to know the size?

Cheapest performance mod ever! Drive at 40% WOT until you get used to it...and then put the bolt back in

I can drop one in the mail for you, just PM or email me your address.
