Year and Trim: 2003 Bonneville SSEi.

I have a 2003 SSEI Bonneville that was wrecked in October 2021. I need to know how to remove the trim that goes under the door and along the body and how to reinstall it. I’m not sure if this is covered anywhere in the forum, but would like to know how to do this

For the rocker molding I use a flat pry bar between the rocker and the molding. There are 6-7 white plastic clips holding it on. They are a one-time use clip, plan on breaking them and replacing. There is 3M double stick tape holding it to the fender.

The door moldings are only 3M double stick tape. The warmer the door/molding is, the easier it will peel off. Start at a bottom edge and peel. The molding is very flexible.
