I posted a video for yall of the noise. I had this happen before so i replaced the blower with a junk yard one from a Lesabre (25 bucks) and when I first installed it, the noise still occurred but after 10 mins or so it subsided and the AC worked great for me for a couple months. This morning the noise started occurring again, and no air coming from the vents once again, and vibrations from the dash The fan speed switch works momentarily then usually it becomes unresponsive shortly afterwards. My question is, should I get a new unit, or is there another reason thats causing the noise, should I start looking at the blower module?

Seems like the motor isn't mounted properly and the cage is dragging on the airbox. If you remove it you'll see where it was rubbing.

Yep this seemed to be the issue, it was scraping on the airbox. I see an arrow on the cage, am i supposed to align this up to somewhere?

No, it would just spin anyways. It's probably something to do with weight balance from the manufacturer.
