Sometimes when I shut off the car and take the keys and open the drivers door the radio does not shut off.
It does not do this all the time.
I then close the door and reopen it and it goes off.
I also noticed that the car does not honk when I hit the key fob to lock it but is does lock.
Is there a switch on the door that is hanging up or a module that controls this?

There is a switch in the door latch assembly. When you open the door (without going into the long detailed explanation), it signals the car to turn off the radio. You can check the wiring in the door, but my guess is that you'll be replacing the latch. The switch is not considered to be serviceable since that would require disassembly of the latch mechanism. This problem has been reported several times.

As for the horn, you should be able to change its behaviour through personalization settings. With an SLE, you should have the DIC and settings can be changed there. I have mine disabled because I'm sure the neighbours don't appreciate hearing the horn when I get home in the middle of the night.
