I have a 2002 SLE Bonneville with a drivers side control of window, doors and mirror not working . The other door controllers are working fine. The lights are on the drivers side controller, but nothing else works. I checked F7 and plug to the controller itself with no evidence of an issue and no change after re-seating. Has anyone had this issue and know the resolution? Thanks

yes, when rain got the drivers switch wet, it stopped working but other windows worked at their switch - can you test the drivers switch with a used one?

Many people have had problems with the Driver Door Switch Assembly (DDSA) over the years. It's actually a computer module that is connected to the data bus in the car. I have never heard of anyone actually being able to repair it. There are other components in your door that also have the potential to fail, but based on your symptoms, it's almost certainly the DDSA. Send a PM to harofreak00 (Andrew) here on the forum. He parts these cars out for a living. He'll have all kinds on the shelf he can sell for a good price.

I purchase a drivers side window control unit from Andrew and it works like a charm. Thanks for all the feedback and i’ll try to keep this one dry.
