Hello-

New issue. After new struts, stabilizer links, sway bar bushings I now have a horrible wheel hop.

When I hit bumps in the road the front end "wanders"....

Any idears????

what struts did you use?

when you torqued strut to knuckle, was the car on the ground or off?. with the load on suspension, everything should line up nicely. without load, it could get wonky.

I used the not so good all in one assembly struts.

I torqued nuts while suspended in air.

Anything I can do (other than diff struts) to help?

The problem with the quick struts is they raise the front end way high, making the suspension and axle geometry all messed up leading to all kinds of weird problems.

I'd get rid of those things if you still can. It'll never work as intended with them.

I was afraid you were gonna say that....Detroit Axle (AKA China).

I just sent them an e-mail.

I used KYB struts, my old springs, and Moog mounts.

Try your original springs on the new strut assemblies, then have alignment checked
