Lately I have been using this:

But wondering if anyone had any other suggestions...as practice I tend to trust Lucas products, and when I first bought this car, I used this and got a couple mpg increase on the second tank vs the first without it (nothing else changed). That said, curious if anyone else has better/other suggestions.

Seafoam for heavy duty, techron for light duty. As I understand though, ethanol does a fairly decent job of preventing buildup if you can keep the water out of it.

well I haven't sea foamed this motor yet, and it is coming due for an oil change soon soo, maybe I will...I've used Techron and I would put it on par I guess with the regular Lucas fuel treatment at the least and maybe this stuff. I should also add I can get the above lucas cleaner for $6.50 locally, Techron was more last I checked, but I like both.
