I replaced the pigtail going to the blower, thinking that was the problem of no blower fan . I have to wiggle the pigtail til the blower starts. I also keep blowing fuses. Any Ideas?

wiggle? if you wiggle wires, your splice job was buget -redo and put tape on all connections so they dont touch each other.

what was wrong with the original connector?

Your original issue was probably caused by worn brushes in the fan motor itself. Replace the motor.

That's probably it. The old pigtail was cobbled up to try to make the fan work. I replaced the pigtail, and it worked fine, as long as you would slightly move the plug side just a little. Now it won't work at all, after three days. The fuse is ok. I re-wired the pigtail with heat shrink barrel connectors that came with the part.

very well could be the connector that the pigtail is plugging into if you had to move it to the side to get it to work sounds like a cold or broken solder joint. could you fix it maybe, but probably more economical in time and frustration in replacing the fan assembly
