 so last week i crunk her up and went to get food. i come out and she wont crank. long story short i suspected the crank position sensor due to some previous symptoms. after replacing that still no crank. after charging battery still no crank. starter was replaced recently. i sound tested the fuses with my multimeter and all check out fine. the service theft system comes on intermittently but has never stopped me from cranking the car. before charging the batt all the dash lights would cut off when i turned the key all the way and now they stay on but still no crank. i check as many grounds as i could see and they seem fine. the batt terminals do have rust and one has some corrosion. dont know why all of a sudden she wont crank. any help or ideas would be appreciated. oh today i noticed i could move the two starter cables with my hand but the nuts or still snug on there. ill try tightening those tomorrow. anyone else have this issue?

Definitely tighten everything mentioned.

If it's still a no go, with the key in the run position, try jumping the starter with thick wire or a screw driver with a rubber handle. I've had crap starters out of the box.

If the car goes dark when you try to crank it, you're loosing power or ground somewhere. If the battery connections look bad, then they probably are. Take those apart, and clean them well first.

the battery cables themselves have some rust on the bolts that go into the battery. the battery posts themselves are clean. will those bolts being rusted cause an issue? thanks guys! i also checked as many grounds as i could see and they are all tight

Yes, there are some relays under the rear seat next to the battery that will switch when you turn the ignition key.

If everything else seems to be in order (battery condition (not just voltage - it can read 12VDC but still not be able to take a load), starter motor, electrical connections, etc.), you might start looking toward the ignition switch. My car had intermittent starting problems and other seemingly non-related issues that replacing the ignition switch cured.

yes, start at the battery cables, if rusted,it wont conduct all the current causing the relays to click on then off. clean it up with sandpaper, wire, brillo, whatever to clean metal- put grease( any) just a thin film and check the wires near the terminals.
