Year and Trim: 00 ssei 3.8 supercharged
I have a 00 ssei with 3.8 supercharged. I currently have code p1133 which is upstream. I have been changing downstream alot. When I look at live data it shows my upstream reading fine but my downstream fuel trim pegged at 99% and won't budge. I only have Bosch sensors available. What keeps causing my o2 sensors to keep going out?

Our engines do not like many of the aftermarket O2 sensors, and especially Bosch. They may only last a few months. Get an AC/Delco. They're available at http://www.rockauto.com/

Would striped threads on the downstream cause it to go out too. Like air is some how getting in?

I suppose that it is possible, but I'd think unlikely, that would cause the sensor to go bad.
