Well guys, I'm stressing out here. I have a 2002 Bonneville SE. My Bonnie developed a shudder in the last couple weeks in 3rd gear between 30-40mph, it shudders the worst right at 35 mph. But I can also feel a slight shudder cruising at highway speeds ~65mph. It has never slipped or shifted hard and I just dropped the pan last July and put DEX VI and a new filter in. I have put at least 8000miles on the car since then and it's been perfect. Does this shudder sound like a bad motor or tranny mount? Or is it far worse? I dug for a while and didn't see anything quite like my issue so I'm hoping one of you 3800 gurus knows exactly what is happening.

Is the shudder constant? Does it change with throttle application?

Thanks, I've been a forum lurker for years since I got the car. This forum has saved my ass and wallet numerous times. And no, it'll get more intense with throttle. I've been driving it like its made of glass so I haven't accelerated too hard with it. Sometimes it'll accelerate right through 3rd with almost no shudder but most times its VERY noticeable. If I cruse right at 35MPH for any long distance the vibration is pretty consistent.
