I pulled the codes for my 2001 SE and got 1(C1214) solenoid valve relay coil or contact open circuit and, 2.(C1248) EBCM turned the red brake warning indicator on. What do these codes mean. I looked through the postings and couldn't find these. Also pulled a P0102 code, which says MAF sensor circuit low frequency. Should I clean the MAF or replace it? I really appreciate any help anyone can give me.

I would first try to clean the MAF then if that doesn't work replace it. For replacement, a known good used one seems to be the better choice over a new one just about every time, we have seen many people have issues with new ones.

Sounds like the EBCM has died on you, harofreak00 on here likely has one, he may chime in here as well.

C1214 is definitely a bad EBCM. I have a replacement for you.

Yes you need an EBCM. I have them. PM or email me at andrew.suderman@gmail.com. I'll need the 2-digit code off the top: EE, ER, TR, DD, LL, etc...
