ok for starters my temp gauge goes crazy and thinks the car is boiling then the screen says engine hot a/c disabled, car has fresh coolant and both fans are working, suggestions?

Fuel pump was just changed, and when car is cold it will bog and make weird noises and I have to rev and rev until it's at a steady idle, it will try to turn off on me but then after a while i will idle up just fine, suggestions?

The fuel gauge is going crazy as well, sometimes it says it has a full tank, then i slow down and it goes down to half a tank, suggestions?

This one is an odd one, sometimes the car smells like dead animal but we've checked everyone on the car and there's no dead animal to be seen lol

some info on the car
2000 ssei fully loaded
black
210k miles
engine rebuilt at 208k but car sat for 2 years.

please help!

Sounds like there is air trapped in the system and isn't completely full of coolant.

Check all of your vacuum lines, especially the T fitting underneath the supercharger snout, known to break and cause all sorts of issues. Other then that make sure the MAF sensor is good, maybe clean it and see if that makes any difference. Also clean the IAC valve and passageways.

For the fuel gauge, sounds like the wiper arm on the sending unit is bad, there is a writeup around here somewhere for that, do some searching.

If the car smells horrible like that, I would gut it and clean it all up. Seats, console, carpet, dash, and even all the ductwork for the HVAC system to make sure there isn't a dead mouse in there or something.

If I was tech savvy I would just reply thanks I'll look for that but I don't know where any of that is at!

I will try to google the parts and see if I can find where they are but if you can guide me in the right way id appreciate it.

Yep found the fuel gauge write up and ill be doing that myself thanks!

car smells great in the inside, it's the engine bay that stinks!
