Year and Trim: 2003 SLE 208,000 miles
2003 SLE 196,000 miles
Looking at a 2005 with 122,000 miles and intake gaskets not changed. If I buy it should I just keep running as is or get the gaskets changed out?

Change the gaskets and the upper intake manifold if they are original with that mileage. No point in risking the motor.
