Honestly, if you want more sound, all you need to change is the mufflers on the back half of the exhaust, and that's only for sound, there is no restriction after the cat. Then you need to decide how far you want to go as far as headers, etc...

Well i want sound but Im not gonna just do mufflers ill do the whole thing.

Do a FWI first. You'll be happy you did. :btruestory:

i would do a Downpipe and a Intake to start (your choice of which one.. I did Downpipe). the catback exhaust is good enough flow untill you get alot more mods, untill then its just for sound. The Downpipe sucks on these cars stock, but both downpipe and Intake are not going to be much gains untill you do more mods on top of that.. but they are definatly the place to start.

What's FWI?

FWI=Fender Well Intake (cold air intake)
DP= Downpipe

There's no point in replacing any of the rest of the exhaust. It's not a restriction, no one makes a "performance bolt-on exhaust" and for the cost of custom exhaust work, it's not worth it.

Well everything I was planning on doing was:

Bigger Pulley system
Upgrade Fuel Injectors
Cold Air Intake
Upgrade Cams (maybe)
New Full Exhaust
New Thermo

And thats it

-You want a smaller pulley for more boost
-Stock injectors are good to about 325whp, more on that later.
-Intake, good.
-A cam is a pretty big step to take. Most people do higher ratio rockers instead. Not saying its a bad idea, but i dont know if youre aware of all thats involved.
-A full system isnt going to do anything for you until youre either making serious power or your stock system fell off. The closer to the engine, the more of a difference an upgrade will make. In other words, get headers.

If youre looking for a good bump in power without getting crazy, heres my recipe for bolt on goodness:
-1.8:1 or 1.9:1 rockers and 105# springs for the 1.9s(or mild cam if youre up for the work, but that opens up other mod avenues)
-FWI
-Speed Daddy or SSAC headers
-New high flow cat or catless
-180* stat
-3.4" pulley
-TUNE TUNE TUNE! This is important to get these mods to work right on your car. Dont just order a canned tune from Intense or ZZP, either. Bare minimum, email Dyno Brian and he can usually get you really close.

These bolt ons are usually good for about a 50-60hp gain over bone stock and come in at about $1000 plus any other stuff that comes up.
