What level of pressure in the trans cooler lines running to the radiator? Higher than the max #15 in the radiator coolant? Or will the coolant get into the transmission oil?

It's higher than 15 PSI, but not like 500 PSI internal line pressures, either. I'd venture a guess at 20 PSI.

It will get in the coolant first, I'd think.

It will go both ways, because when the pump is not running, the system is at 0, which is less than the 16psi that remains in the radiator.
