I've had my bonne for a few monthes now... what easy cheap performance mods are there for the 01 SLE? if any? like best plugs, im hearing of an air box mod... just wondering, maybe their aren't any. Thanks again. ordered my white bonneville club decals this morning, can't wait!

Around your upper and lower you should be able to see like a shiny metal for the aluminum one, if it's black, I would go ahead and plan on replacing it.
You would also be able to tell by soppy-ness around the manifold/head/upper intake area, a loss of coolant with no apparent place for it to go..
As for bolt-ons and performance mods, like the link above says. You can upgrade to a FWI, down pipe, PCM, and exhuast for starters, just all depends on what you want to do with your car.

In between the lower intake manifold and the cylinder head, if its black, its stock plastic gaskets. If its a grayish aluminum color, its the updated ones.

Are you still running the orange dex cool or is it the green "mixes with any"?
