After almost 3 years of having my Service Stability System error message on, and the TRAC OFF and ABS always on, I have finally got it fixed. With the magnificent help from ddalder, and his tech2, we were able to narrow it down to a corroded wiring harness. Originally the steering wheel sensor was replaced. After Darcy got the tech2 hooked up, it was showing intermediate loss of signal from both rear hubs. I replaced one of the hubs and it didn't fix anything. I won't bore you with details, but after inspection of the wiring harness, we found corrosion. We tried to splice on new connectors but found that the copper wire was black with corrosion as far as we could splice back. Darcy was able to find a new harness at the u-haul for $1.37 or something like that. This harness connects to the main body harness under the car (large gray connector) near the EVAP canister. I swapped out harnesses and found that even some of the main body harness was corroded. I traced that all the way to the trunk until I found clean copper wires. After replacing both sections of harness, the Stabilty System is working perfect. I have about 300 miles on it now with no error codes. If you are having problems, I encourage you to check out the connections at the WSS's and the gray connector shown below.

Location of the WSS wiring connector where it hooks into the main body harness.

Moisture has wicked all the way up through several feet of wiring and past this connector

Here is the wiring harness I replaced it with. The shorter end goes to the left side.

Here is the main body harness pulled slightly from its original position near the ELC sensor.

Here is the splicing of the main body harness in the trunk.
