Lately i have been hearing a clunk/groan when I release the brake, it only happens after I have been moving, and only does it once. until I move again that is. The car still seems to be stopping fine I just want to be sure nothing bad is going on/happening. I am having an alignment done Friday, so I will make sure to ask them then. But I thought maybe I would check with the pros, see what you all think. Any input is appreciated, and I will gladly give you whatever info you think you need just ask.. Thanks in advance for your responses!!

Have you checked on the condition of your motor mounts?

I have not, but I can feel it in the brake pedal as well. I will check them out, but I am not entirely sure where they are located, I assume they will be easy to spot if I just look hard enough and use common sense right?

Take a look at this, the front mount is a bad design from the factory.
