Get a borescope and get into that cylinder to inspect the piston.

!!!!UPDATE !!!!!

Today i decided to change the Steering Shaft, easy with directions on this site thanks to all it was smooth. So i pulled the valve cover to check the valve train train. That looked fine so while reattaching the cover i notice my wife's hand on the supercharger pulley and to my shock no belt on it so upon more inspection the idler pulley was also missing. That would explain a lot so my question is can this cause weird noises in the engine if the supercharger is not making any pressure?

Yes i know rookie mistake to miss that belt but to my defense 2 mechanics looked at it and missed that too...Need a new mechanics :btruestory:

Did you try starting it up without the supercharger belt to see if it makes the noise still?

After months of working on this car and 2 engines later she is back and running hard. The original engine the piston let go in cylinder 4 causing the misfire along with a faulty injector. The spark plug melt down was caused by an arch from a bad spark plug wire they chaffed together wearing off the insulation causing a short. so all is well for now again thanks for the support guys. Its nice to have another set of eyes to look at other things helps with the breakdown and analysis !
