well...i found the musty smell from when i turn on the a/c today. haha :banana:
my cabin filter was clogged with water. any thoughts?? :helpsmilie:

Try replacing it but before you do try to find out where it is leaking from. I have one and havent had any problems yet. :) good luck.........

Two things you can do. I picked up a spray product called New Air (or something like that). What it does is kill the mold in your collector cause from water, dead leaves, etc.
Basically what you do is turn your heat on max, then spray that into your outside collector, and let it run for 5 minutes.
Do this again but with your A/C on full, and wait 5 more minutes. Repeat once more if necessary.

The second would be go to NAPA or Autozone and pick up a new cabin filter. Mine was $20 or so. Took a whole 10 minutes to install.

That should cure most of your stale air issue.

if gas hits 5 a gallon i need to park the car anyway. so we'll see
