Im in the process of clearing my tails, but I cant get the center reflector off. I unbolted the 4 10mm nuts on the back side, but I can't get those clips to release. I dont want to break them, but is there a trick to getting it off?

Those clips are tough! You really want to be sure not to break them as you can't get new ones. I use 2 long screwdrivers, one to hold the light back, and 1 to pry.

Yes, they are amazingly tough. I thought I was going to snap my trunk lid in half when I took mine off to clear the center.

I got it off with the two screw drivers, and no broken clips!!! Thank God!! It's half-way clear now, but I dont have time for the other at the moment, later tonight maybe.

haha if it wasn't raining, i would be all over it, and two of those darn nuts are on a bolt like 10 inches long
