Year and Trim: 1999 regal gs

new pump and fillter . car running 32.p.s.i 42 reg unpluged?
car stumbles' misses' if accelerated fast. but if you go full throttle slow it does fine. how do you replace the reg. it's on the ssei and it is the right pump
