Hey guys new here not very knowledgeable but not a goof.. that being said I have a 92 ssei also have a motor from a 95 Buick ? It is super charged my question is are the blocks the same thank u in advance

A 95 supercharged block should be the same where it counts. It'll have an extra knock sensor bung in the front, but that won't matter.
