So I've replaced the motor with a good used one,
Replaced the engine harness with a good used one
Replaced some relays unhooked some relays
Good fuel system
Good battery
Good alternator had them checked ,Replaced battery harness as well.
Car ran well for a week and a half then one morning I get I go to the store along the way battery is draining rapidly .
Get to the stop light battery is at 8volts.
Stop the car in the parking lot cut it off no start
So I jump start the car drive back home and it drains in the drive way as well.
Could a bad starter be causing this?
It broke at the positive cable before I could get it checked?

To narrow it down, hook a multimeter in-line with the positive cable and battery terminal, set it for current, pull main fuses at the engine bay firewall relay/fuse center and watch to see when current drops. When you figure out which main fuse it is, you can continue to narrow it down similarly at the other smaller fuse centers from there.

So I have, but current remains the same then, I tried wiggling the main engine harness after I finally changed starter and thennn.... then I seen current gain not decrease and I stopped there because a new harness maybe out of the question at this point in time but would be simple fix over time.... but I'm sure that's not the only thing draining it

If the current remained the same after pulling fuses, then you simply didn't pull all the fuses. There are fuse boxes under the dash on the drivers side AND passenger side, along with the big ones under the hood on the firewall.

Will pulling relay with the battery connected damage or short out the relay?
And is a supposed to be making a clicking noise??

It will not damage it or short it out. The clicking noise is normal and it means that the relay is being commanded on and is functioning as it should. But you should be looking at fuses not relays. All relays get their power from fuses first.

So I asked about the relay because I was checking my fuses under the driver dash and when I got to my wipers fuse I touched with my test light and a relay on my passenger side clicked. Wanted to see if the sound was normal is all.

What would a normal resistance reading look on the engine maxi relay center? Is it volts, or olms?

Why are you taking a resistance at the maxi relay center? Resistance is ohms. Voltage is voltage. Current is amps.

Follow this video, and you're only checking fuses not relays: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KF1gijj03_0&t=493s

I think you watched the wrong video #-o

How To Perform a Parasitic Draw Test - EricTheCarGuy - it shows you how to hook up your multimeter and individually pull fuses to watch the current draw. You said your fuses have "been checked", but you're not looking for a bad fuse, you're looking for a working fuse that has a working load on it. If you can't figure it out from here, I can't offer anymore help. You'll have to take it to a skilled mechanic.

You said you did what I orginally suggested to troubleshoot, that would imply you're not new to it. That's why your post didn't make sense to me.

So I discovered that the alternator positive wire is corroded inside the insulation. Going to get a stock one and try again.

The effect of corroded battery terminals or cables is responsible for excessive voltage drop, not parasitic current drain. You might be fixing A problem, but you're not fixing THE problem.
