The compressor does not activate with the switch is on
However when I turn on the inflator in the trunk the compressor works.
1) If I activate the compressor from the trunk, should the suspension inflate?
2) Why is the compressor not automatically activated?

Thanks

1) No
2) There is a sensor arm connected to the lower control arm in the right rear. If the rear is sagging enough, it should pump up the shocks. If yours isn't pumping up like it should, the sensor could be dead, or maybe the arm got popped of the control arm.

GM doesn't carry the sensor anymore, but this might help if you need to find one.

In Rockauto, there is a replacement for the air ride Relay, but I cant find documentation about where is located the relay in the car.
Just to check if this is the problem

Any ideas?
