Have no idea why on the hwy. the car is wanting to pull to the right violently and the steering wheel is shaking big time. Tires appear fine. Would the motor mounts be involved and if so how do you check them and how many are there?

if it pulls hard to the right with vibration, I would bet its a front end issue - could be tie-rod flapping around

get it off the ground and check the ball joint, tie-rods - control arm..... you know, front end stuff.

did you do some work on the front end? - start there.

Could be a caliper dragging and heating up the rotor on one side. As the rotor heats, any warping grabs at the brake pads harder than when cold.

Or could be the brake fluid line has swollen and isn't letting the brake fluid back out when the pedal is released. This holds the brake caliper on. The line allows the fluid through to the caliper because of the very high pressure when pedal is applied, but the reverse flow is blocked because the caliper exerts little pressure to push the fluid back to the master cylinder.

To check, stop by using the emergency brake only carefully when the car has been doing the pulling and see if one of the front brake rotors is extremely hot, especially compared to the other.
