Was wondering if rubbing compound is safe to use on my 1995 SE?

I side swiped another car (towncar) on passanger side.

What should I use to romove scuff marks, his paint and scratches?

hi, yes you can use mild rubbing paste - but it may harm your paint if you are not careful. first try to buff it out with toothpaste and water.that worked for a light scratch in the past. good luck!!
