Hello, I have a 92 Bonneville SSE with air ride. The air ride functions ok, but I would like to swap it over to standard struts and springs. What I need to know is if this swap is as simple as removing air ride parts and replacing them with standard struts and springs, disconnecting air compressor. Is there any kind of load leveling sensors I should worry about ect. Thanks

Hey there. Doing all that would do the trick. Though, air ride struts are available and would probably be less work wince you wouldn't have to source springs and replace those two. They are not mounted on the struts.

The level sensor is on the right rear control arm. Unplug it at minimum if you do the strut/spring swap, and remove it if you want. You can leave the air compressor hooked up so you can use the inflator in the trunk.
