I'm looking at a 95 LSS with the supercharged engine. Owner thinks its a head gasket issue, car starts and idles fine but when engine is over 1500 rpm it has a knocking sound. Any idea what this could be?

A head gasket wouldn't knock. It would be something like a rod bearing.

Searched a bit and some suggested it could be a flex plate, Harmonic balancer, or coupler inside the nose cone. Someone also suggested to unhook the supercharger belt and see if its still there.

Yeah, try taking the SC belt off, and the other belt too. Run it just long enough to see if the noise changes both ways. I once had a belt that had a tear in it that made the tensioner jump and it made it seem like the engine had a knock.

Can you get video?

Haven't had a chance to get a video.

Can you drive the car with the supercharger belt off?

I meant in park. But a Series 2 can run without the SC belt because there isn't anything else on that belt. A series 1 shares that belt with the water pump and should not be run without it for more than a minute, and only in park.
