I've been real busy, but its time to stop procrastinating and finish this little project. Keep in mind, I'm no mechanic, so bear with me.

I made a video to try and describe the help that I need.

Please help me out, guys.

See, the turn signal switch broke, but what I'm trying to figure out is if the part I get will just be this

or if I'll have to get a junkyard steering column cover to replace a very small piece of plastic

I watched your video but am still not sure exactly what part you're saying is broken.
Perhaps you mean your wiper switch?

See this diagram for a breakdown of the parts in the column:
http://www.trademotion.com/parts/1992/P ... am=FA92210

If that isn't enough, then how about just a still, clear closeup picture of what is broken?

The assembly in the picture you posted is all that you will get with a turn signal switch assembly.
Since you already cut the wires, you'll need that too if something else was broken.

Sorry I'm not very good at explaining things.

The plastic broke, if you can see.

I could be wrong but it appears to be a part of the windshield wiper switch:

Look on the wiper switch and see if there is another jagged piece of plastic where it broke off from.

The wiper switch MKMike listed above is the one you need, at least you already have the column broken down! The same thing happened on my 92 Bonneville.

So I'm trying to wrap it up tonight, as I need the car for this week. Ran into another problem, though. Please assist.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2djN6YFaD8

So basically, the wiper switch and the turn signal switch aren't linking mechanically, wondering how to do this, so that it clicks, etc. Again, not a mechanic, so bear with me here.

Heres some horrible unprofessional pics to kind of see what I did

Flip through this thread and retrace your steps, take a look at the photos/ descriptions of the turn signal switch before it was removed. See how the wiper switch looks behind it:

suspension-steering/topic6944.html

It seems like you are missing this piece here, do you still have that around?

Image

It's been a year since I did this job so I don't have a perfect image in my head of how that goes together, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with that piece and possibly a 4th screw in the turn signal cam (the screw is circled in blue in one of the pictures from the thread I linked above).

Sorry I didn't see this sooner, hope you are having better luck by now. I do know that the wiper switch has to be set in place BEFORE you put the turn signal cam in. So go ahead and pull the cam back out and see if you can find that black plastic piece. There is also another black piece that goes on the side of the column to push the dimmer switch lever. It's super annoying to get in place, but that's the final component for the wiper switch.

Don't worry, if you've gotten this far you'll get it done. Very satisfying repair once it's over!
