Hey, I've got a question. I'm replacing my ignition coils on my 1992 Bonneville and was wondering if I can use the all in one unit, as it currently has the 3 individual ones but buying an all in one unit to replace the 3 will be cheaper, are they interchangable?

You would have to change the ICM under the coils, and maybe some other parts like the main bracket. The 3 separate coil setup is better anyway.

The single coil setup needs an extra +12v wire that is not on the 3-coil setup wire harness. Going from 3 to 1 is not plug-and-play.

You don't want the Magnavox single coil set-up. I was glad to get rid of mine and change to the Delphi 3 coil system. IIRC, the single coil was only on the earlier 1992 models of that body style. - BC
