Ok, so I got this code (p1652) and I don't really know what it means. Just doing a search on Pontiac Bonneville Club I get results for Fan 2 Relay, but the DTC page(http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/forum/1992/topic8838.html?hilit=p1652) says it is IAC Monitor Disabled by PSP Switch Failed On.
IAC - idle air controller, got that part.
PSP - purple snuggly porcupine? phoenician swing pusher? power steering pump?
Over all, the code means....?

Both fans seem to be working. So unless the control circuit failure does not cause the either fan to cease working, then I don't think that is the issue.
